Petit Restaurant at Giasson

With the new summer season we begin together with Chef Marco Pantani a new culinary journey for our Petit Restaurant. Arriving from the frenzies of big city restaurants, Marco joins us in search of a truer intimate nature even in his kitchen, here where everything is nature. We count on conveying our feelings in the dishes we offer, taking our cuisine to ever more refined levels.

La Crotta at Giasson

The right place where to turn an aperitif into a memorable experience is our Crotta. Characterized by a typical stone vault, built in the 19th century, it keeps inside a wide selection of Aosta Valley wines, giving our guests the possibility to discover the varied enological reality of the region.
